Thousands of people try meditation and quit for one reason or another. This class will bust many meditation myths and teach about the physical, and emotional benefits of meditation. We will practice metacognition, to observe our own thoughts and experiences about meditation and discover the Truth of its benefits, or perhaps decide it is not beneficial at all. You will be able to discern this for yourself, because you will be the scientist and the subject of your own journey of self-discovery as we RAISE THE VIBE together.
