Chenal Family Therapy is fully responsible for all aspects of the trainings offered for NBCC credit, and Semi Private Practice is under the umbrella of Chenal Family Therapy.

IMPORTANT POLICIES:

Live Webinar Policy:

In order to receive full CE credit, participants for live webinars must have: 

• A device with a working camera and microphone.
• A strong internet connection.
• An area free of disruption to attend the event.
• A webcam on for the entire workshop.

Home Study Webinar Policy:

In order to receive full CE credit, participants for home study/recorded webinars must:

• Review the webinar recording in its entirety.
• Complete a CE Evaluation Form
• Complete the webinar assessment.

Workshop Withdrawal:

Refunds are currently not available for workshops and courses.  For more information, please visit the grievance policy below. 

Workshop Cancellation:

Chenal Family Therapy, PLC may cancel a workshop due to insufficient participation. Workshop attendees will be contacted via email within 5 days of the workshop date to provide notification of a cancellation and a full refund will be provided. If the event is rescheduled for a later date, this information will be communicated to the registered participants at this time or as soon as the training is rescheduled. 

Grievance Policy:

Concerns should be addressed to [email protected] or 1-501-300-7799.  

 When received, the complaint will be reviewed by both the Director of Compliance/ACEP Administrator and the CEO in order to resolve the matter.  The response provided by Chenal Family Therapy will be provided by 30 days after receipt of the complaint. The decision of the CEO is final.
