Chenal Family Therapy, PLC may cancel a workshop due to insufficient participation. Workshop attendees will be contacted via email within 5 days of the workshop date to provide notification of a cancellation and a full refund will be provided. If the event is rescheduled for a later date, this information will be communicated to the registered participants at this time or as soon as the training is rescheduled.

When received, the complaint will be reviewed by both the Director of Compliance/ACEP Administrator and the CEO in order to resolve the matter. The response provided by Chenal Family Therapy will be provided by 30 days after receipt of the complaint. The decision of the CEO is final.
