Monthly 2 hr Zoom call led by Dr. Gail Lane. The first hour will be spent focused on a specific topic and the second hour will cover issue processing. 

This group will focus on special topics for Practice Owners (designing systems, establishing culture, when to hire a CD, retention, developing KPIs, etc). Additionally, there will be a dedicated time to process issues as a group and gain valuable perspectives from other practice owners in solving problems pertaining to your business.
