The last two weeks in Charlotte saw our two flagship practice owner peer advisory groups dig deep and share from their own experiences to help one another build better workflows, healthier cultures and stronger bottom lines. 

Main topics for our full day meeting included:

- The 3H exercise (Head, Heart and Hands) to help clarify what kind of practice manager, clinical director or COO each owner needs to step away from the day-to-day of running their practice. 

- The Single Point of Failure (SPF) analysis on vulnerabilities in their practice staffing, operations, workflows, and payer mix that could destroy practice stability. 

- The Splintering exercise, to get us thinking outside the box about overpaying to hire "unicorns" that can do everything and instead increasing retention through diversified leadership roles. 

- Member problem solving time included dealing with departures, holding staff accountable, EHR selection and KPI's such as "Admin Cost Per Session."

Productive day together, not to mention some amazing meals at some of Charlotte's most loved restaurants.
