The Monthly Peer Meeting
Your 2F Cohort is comprised of leaders from practices in different cities, who meet one Monday per month via Zoom, from 1-4 PM CST, as well as in person two times a year (hotel room and three meals included in cost).
The meetings focus provide collaborative problem solving the top issues facing individual practices, best practice and resource sharing, skill building exercises, and emotional support for the COO role.
The Expert Speakers
Group members will be invited to hear nationally-recognized expert speakers, alongside the CEO's in our 1F groups (eight Friday's annually, from 10-12 CST), as well as invite up to five guests from your practice.
Game changing topics and expert panels include automation, systems, artificial intelligence, marketing, team culture, cost-cutting / profitability, cybersecurity, human resources, HIPAA, scheduling workflow, billing practices and leadership.
The Resources
As part of our 2F group, your practice will get full access to over $10,000 in additional resources including:
- HIPAA and Ethical, Relational Sales, and Insurance 101 recorded trainings for every member of your team.
- Access to samples of our client paperwork and employee handbook.
- Access to our monthly Compliance and Admin support groups for the group member or staff person of your choice.
