2F cohorts are comprised of leaders from group practices and agencies in different cities, who meet one Monday per month via Zoom, from 1-4 PM CST, as well as in person two times a year for a full day (hotel room and three meals included in the monthly cost).
The meetings focus on providing collaborative problem solving around the top issues facing the members, best practices and resource sharing, skill building exercises, and emotional support for their unique role as a practice #2.
Access to Expert Speakers
Group members will be invited to hear nationally-recognized expert speakers, alongside the CEO's in our 1F groups (eight Friday's annually, from 10-12 CST), as well as invite up to five guests from your practice.
Game changing topics and expert panels include automation, systems design, artificial intelligence, marketing, team culture, cost-cutting / profitability, cybersecurity, human resources, HIPAA, scheduling workflow, billing practices and leadership.
