Practice Manager and COO Support Group

The Practice Manager & COO support group is comprised of leaders from group practices and agencies in different cities, who meet 3 hours a month online, as well as in person two times a year for a full day (hotel room, lunch and one dinner included in the monthly cost).

The meetings focus on providing collaborative problem solving around the top issues facing the members, best practices and resource sharing, skill building exercises, and emotional support for their unique role.
