Biography: 

Jacquelyn Core is a Founding Partner at Jordon Voytek. She is a corporate/M&A lawyer who also has the practical business experience of having spent almost 5 years as a CEO. She has managed more than 100 employees and a 50 million dollar annual budget. Jacquelyn focuses her legal practice on mergers and acquisitions, specializing in bringing sophisticated buy side and sell side transactions and unique deal structures to the low middle market.  Her deal partner has more than 30 years of M and A experience, and together they bring more than 50 years of large firm experience to the table while delivering results that protect deal value. With extensive contracts experience, she also works as fractional in house counsel, drafting and reviewing contracts, advising business stakeholders, and assisting clients with labor and employment matters.  She is a Vistage Speaker on the topics of M&A, Contracts, and Negotiation.
