If you're wondering where the "1F" name comes from, it has to do with the quote above. I love the idea that a very small degree of difference in temperature (even just one degree Fahrenheit, or "1F") can dramatically change outcomes and the world.

The CEO portion of the group meets virtually for a full Friday each month, except for four times per year when we meet in person. The in-person locations through the end of 2025 will be Chicago, Charlotte and Los Angeles. The in-person sessions also include (at no additional cost) a four-star hotel room for Thursday night, a nice welcome dinner (including a guest), and breakfast / lunch during our meeting the next day.
All the virtual meetings include a 2-hour morning speaker or expert panel with nationally known subject matter experts on a strategy, leadership, marketing or compliance topics designed to get you thinking outside the box. You are encouraged to bring up to five staff people to this portion of the day to hear the virtual content, at no additional cost.
For the in-person meetings, you are welcome to bring your spouse, partner, or practice #2 to join us for the meals and/or sit in on the morning portion where we do some high-level review of the state of our practices.
The afternoon sessions every month will focus on three things... putting into action the ideas that we heard from the speaker, breakout rooms to discuss how we're addressing different issues in our practice (especially AI implementation), and then end with some structured problem-solving (peer brainstorming and support) on 3-4 "stuck" issues brought by members of the group.
We end our meeting time with a rapid fire round of sharing newly discovered resources (software, automations, workflows, tools, etc.) with one another, in the hopes of shortening our learning curves and making our practices more profitable, sooner.
Your investment in the group will be $1,000 per month, with a minimum six month commitment. You can receive an additional 10% discount ($100 monthly savings) if you'd like to pay annually. You can also earn a free month's dues for each new members you refer after they complete their first paying month.
