Free KPI and Dashboard Monthly Zoom Meeting

"That which is measured improves...

That which is measured AND REPORTED improves exponentially."

- Karl Pearson, English mathematician

Grad school fails to prepare therapists to understand and manage the numbers that go with running a healthy private practice or agency.

This free monthly call is designed to strengthen the mental health industry by filling in the knowledge gaps of solo  / group practice owners and other practice / agency leadership.

As part of every call, we'll review 2-3 key performance indicators (KPI's) and other metrics crucial to helping your practice thrive.

We'll also review various dashboards and spreadsheet templates you can use to simplify and automate the processing of collecting and displaying your data.

Metrics and KPI's covered include:

  • Financial KPI's such as profitability, profit per session, admin cost per session, cash months (emergency funds), etc.
  • Clinician Performance KPI's such as retention, churn, no show rates, client satisfaction, outcome measures, etc.
  • Administrative KPI's such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, collection ratios, insurance aging, etc.

There is no cost to register or attend.

Practice owners of all sizes (solo or group), as well as practice and agency leadership (operations managers, clinical directors, etc) are welcome and encouraged to join.

No participation is necessary and sessions will be recorded and available within 5-7 days of each meeting.
