Dr Wade Fuqua, PhD, LPC-S, LMFT-S is the Chief Clinical Officer at Chenal Family Therapy, PLC, a group practice with 20 sites across the state of Arkansas. In addition to leading CFT's clinical and compliance programs, Wade teaches graduate ethics and internship courses and supervises associate licensees.  Wade recently expanded his compliance training by becoming a CARF Surveyor where he travels to other mental health organizations to help facilitate CARF accreditation surveys.
